I'm a Swedish rail fan visiting Japan a few weeks every year since 2003 - travelling all over the country by train.
Kitayama Rail Photos is a selection of photos from those trips. The base is in Kansai, where my parents-in-law live, so that part of Japan is better covered in this album.
There are many sites in the internet with better photos of Japanese trains, but anyway I would like to share my best Japanese train moments with you!
I have used a good compact camera (Canon PowerShot G3 and G9), not a digital SLR.
